Cancellations
Most pieces are crafted to order especially for you, so orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please review your size, finish and address carefully before completing payment.
Damaged or broken in transit
If your item arrives damaged or broken in transit, we'll gladly exchange or replace it. To process your claim:
- Raise the request within 5 days of delivery.
- Share a clear, uncut and unedited package-opening (unboxing) video showing the sealed parcel being opened.
The unboxing video is essential — without it we're unable to verify a transit-damage claim with our courier partners.
How to raise a claim
Email us or message us on WhatsApp at +91-8826480550 with your order number, the unboxing video and a few photos of the damage.
Handmade variations
Each piece is handcrafted, so small differences in carving, colour or finish are natural and are not considered defects.
Change-of-mind cancellation
We offer returns or exchanges only on faulty Pieces. Change of mind cancellation can only be done within 24 hours from the time of order placed.
