Dispatch time

In-stock items are dispatched quickly. The majority of our pieces are made to order and take around 7–10 days to craft before dispatch, as we source directly from local artisans who work in small quantities.

Delivery time

Within India: approximately 5–7 working days.
International: approximately 7–10 days, depending on customs clearance. Occasionally it can take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

Couriers & tracking

We use all top couriers within India, and DHL, FedEx, Bluedart and UPS internationally. Once your order ships, we email the tracking/AWB number to your registered email.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders within India. Rs. 350 extra on cash on delivery charges

International orders & customs

We offer door delivery worldwide. Customs duties are charged by your country's government and are payable by you according to local rules. The local delivery agent will contact you if your parcel attracts duty.

Delhi NCR — same-day & pickup

Ready (in-stock) items can be delivered the same day within Delhi NCR, and you're welcome to collect your order from our New Delhi store at E-35, Lajpat Nagar 1. ( Do check with us before ordering)

Packaging

Every piece is packed in strong, protective packaging designed for the safe transit of heavy and delicate brass, copper and bronze.

Please note

As most pieces are made to order, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Minor differences in hand-carving are natural to handmade craft.
