Yes. Every idol at BudhShiv is crafted from pure brass (Pital)/copper/ bronze or wood as mentioned in products — no mixing of inferior metals or alloys. Our Raw Materials are sourced from trusted suppliers and each piece is quality-checked before dispatch.
Q: Are the idols handcrafted or machine-made?
100% handcrafted. Each BudhShiv idol is made by skilled traditional Indian artisans using techniques passed down through generations. No machine moulding is used. Because of this, each piece is unique — slight natural variations in finish and detailing are a mark of authentic handcraftsmanship, not a defect.
Q: Why does brass turn darker over time?
Brass naturally oxidises when exposed to air and humidity, giving it a darker, antique look over time. Many customers love this aged patina. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available on orders up to ₹20,000.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available for orders below ₹20,000 across India with a handling charge of Rs. 350. For orders above ₹20,000, prepaid payment is required.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing. After 12 hours, the item may already be packed or dispatched. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91-8826480550 if you need to make changes.
Q: Do you offer EMI or instalment options?

RETURNS & DAMAGE
Q: What if my idol arrives damaged?
We pack every item with extreme care — double-boxed with thick foam. However, if your item arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp (+91-8826480550) or email admin@budhshiv.com. We will arrange a replacement.
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and original packaging. Contact us before returning any item. Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
